Historic Village of New Hope

New Hope, PA has over 240 buildings in its 1 mile square riverfront Historic/Entertainment/Dining District. Here is a sampling of our unique shops, art galleries, riverfront restaurants and nightspots. Some images of our twin riverside town, Lambertville, NJ too! (We are One Destination!)

The Inn

The c.1872 Victorian inn sits on the foundation of an older Colonial period building, c. 1720. It is in that older structure that Aaron Burr hid after his infamous and fatal pistol duel with Alexander Hamilton in 1804.

The large screened-in flagstone patio, furnished with white wicker, is a favorite 3 season outdoor sitting area.

The large 2nd floor Common Room features gas fireplace and handsome black walnut floors.

Business Meetings and Breakfast

"Fresh is Best" is our motto. Besides offering lodging for leisure and business travelers, we also host family reunions, corporate meetings and other "whole House" special events and cooking classes too. All foods served are made from scratch from locally sourced growers.

Our Guests

Our lodging guests hail from all 50 states as well as over forty foreign countries.
