A plea to Mr. Walton Ford – consider repurposing Aaron Burr house into museum

Today we’re going to be making an unusual article that’s more a message to one particular individual, and that individual is Mr. Walton Ford. For those who aren’t aware of this fact, but Mr. Ford is the current owner of the Aaron Burr townhouse, the one that the Aaron Burr house movement is trying to turn its status into a museum. Mr. Ford purchased the house just a few months ago.

A plea to Mr. Walton Ford – consider repurposing Aaron Burr house into museum

We don’t really have any kind of power over this, but Mr. Ford if you are reading this, try to hear our plea and consider taking the time in order to turn Aaron Burr townhouse into an actual museum. Making it so would mean the world of difference for history buffs like us at the West Village Historical Society. Our group will work towards increasing the public interest in preserving the Aaron Burr house for future generations and we hope that we will have your support too, should we actually manage to gather enough support for our cause. Since you are an artist, whose art revolves in part around preservation (if only natural preservation), we hope that you will understand our position. There are actually many fans of your work here withing the West Village Historical Society. Thank you in advance for being understanding and we hope to hear from you soon.
