- Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of 50%
- We make every effort to honor specific room requests
- All cancellations are subject to a $15 charge for processing refunds
- Cancellations and any change in a reservation on less than 10 days advance notice result in loss of the deposit unless all cancelled room nights are
re-rented.
